Talk Box the body worn voice amplification system is designed to increase vocal output of people with temporary or permanent voice impairment. It will help achieve a speech level that is comfortable and effective for everyday communication, while reducing vocal stress and strain. The body worn voice amplifier can boost vocal output by as much as 15dB; using a headset style microphone. Even greater vocal boost can be achieved by using the unique "trans-dermal" neck microphone.

Wearing the amplifier
The body worn voice amplifier has a woven nylon waist band that is adjustable to 44"/110 cm.

Choice of microphones
Talk Box comes with one of two specified microphones. You can use it with a headset microphone or a trans-dermal neck microphone.

Trans-dermal microphone
The trans-dermal microphone helps individuals with severe voice impairment to verbally communicate. It is designed to be worn around the neck.

Re-chargeable batteries
The body worn voice amplifier has a recharging power system and is supplied with 6 high capacity Nickel (Ni MH) rechargeable batteries that can provide up to 14 hours use and be recharged over night.
